RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Master Jewellers are happy to provide you with a refund when:

 

- Product description is incorrect

- Item received has manufacturing defaults

- If incorrect item was received to the item purchased on invoice

 

Refunds will be issued once the item/s has been returned and a full assessment of the item/s has been conducted. Following the approval of your requested for a refund, a credit will be issued back onto the same method of payment. If a gift card was redeemed, a new one will be issued.

 

However, refunds will not be issued if there has been a change of mind or a wrong decision was made. Under these circumstances, we a happy to offer you a gift voucher.

 

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

 

Master Jewellers will not exchange or return sale/discounted items.

We cannot offer any exchange or return on any items that have 

      -Minor discrepancies as described in our T&C which are not considered defects.

      - Damage to products caused by accident, misuse and failure to care and       store the products in accordance with our Care Instructions as listed on our  Website

      -Damage caused by abrasion, scratching or caused by coming into contact with other objects and materials


      -Fair wear and tear


      -Unauthorised repair or alteration to the Product


      -Damage in transit

 

- Engraved/marked or resized

- Customised or made under a special order, to personal   requirements

 

At Master Jewellers, we ensure that all items are carefully viewed before delivery to ensure that you receive them in a faultless condition. However, if you’re not satisfied, we are happy to exchange them. Please keep in mind that there may be slight colour variation depending on different lighting conditions.

 

CONDITIONS OF REFUND / EXCHANGE

 

If you would like to exchange or return your items you will need to provide:

 

- Original proof of purchase including your payment details

- Must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase

- Item/s must be in unworn condition, with original packaging       and/or any gifts with purchase returned with the item

 

PLEASE NOTE:  It’s at Master Jewellers discretion whether an item has been worn or not.

- Please return items via post, using Australia Post. Returns must   be sent with signature on delivery with a trackable shipping   method to ensure safe and documented delivery

- A refund will be processed upon assessment of the product

- Return shipping costs are non-refundable

- We do not take responsibility for missing or lost items in transit
