All Master Jewellers online purchases are delivered by Australia Post.

FREE standard shipping on all online orders that exceed a value of $100.00 AUD. Standard shipping for orders under this amount will have a flat rate of $10.00 AUD within Australia.

Item/s will require a signature upon delivery, otherwise a collection card will be left for you to collect your order from your local post office.

Please allow between 4 to 5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed and delivered within Australia. For items that are temporarily out of stock, there may be a dispatch delay between 4 to 8 weeks. Further information will be provided once your order has been processed. Delays can be expected during Australian Public Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

All international online purchases are sent with Australia Post and will be shipped FREE, if the value of  the purchase exceeds $500.00 AUD.

For any purchases under this value, a flat rate of $35.00 AUD for standard shipping will be applied. Please allow approximately between 10 to 20 days for your order to be processed and delivered.

Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation and will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery. For items that are temporarily out of stock, there may be a dispatch delay between 4 to 8 weeks. Further information will be provided once your order has been processed.
